David Browne
So, the USPS lady comes to the shop today carrying something heavy and says "what IS this thing?" I look at her and say "if I had to guess, I'd say it was a sledge hammer...but I didn't order one". It turns out my buddy Brent Bailey sent a surprise package to the shop. 13 lbs (including the handle). One crowned face and one flat. -DB
Jose Gomez
I dont think that Brent knows how to forge anything that is not increadible. I have two of his hammers and have spent as mutch time staring at them as I have swinging them. What a cool gift and a good friend. Enjoy! monstermetal
I tell ya that Brent is just a heck of a guy. If you don't have a Brent Bailey hammer your just not as happy forging as you could be. Every tool in my box he crafted holds a special place in my heart. And it dosent hurt that he is just a great guy either ;-)
Fe-Wood
Yup, Brent makes some good ones! I have many hours striking with an 8 pounder. Weight and balance are always perfect. You a lucky man David Sad thing is his shop is only about 2 hours from me and I have never gone to visit :(

I'm not keen on swinging ANY sledge "all day". Best to leave that to the young bucks and the power hammers. ;)
