April 3, 200917 yr my largest blade yet, a khukri rough cut from a mill circle saw blade 3/16 thick,forged bevels,walnut scales,and tradional heat treat(heat to non magnetic,pour water on the edgeto harden)the handle is 4 inches long. not sure how long the blade is.:confused: :whispers:(i don't know how to insert pics from my computer.)

May 29, 200917 yr Nice work, I bough a regimental Gurkha Kukuri years ago... if you figure out a good scabbard let me know, my scabbard is falling apart. They are a beautiful and efficient knife aren't they.

June 2, 200917 yr Cool. Though, that part nearest the handle looks like it could bite a finger pretty easy - you may think about rounding that part off more... but overall, that's a nice shape and ought to be a good cutter.
