Haven't posted in awhile , *#@! what a week ... Lost one former work mate to the bush fires ... Supposed to be heading down into the Yarra Valley next weekend for a music festival , not going of course , fires still burning over there , a bit worried about the blacksmithing blokes over at Wandin , hope there all okay over there... Anyway thinking of you blokes over there... Jack...

Just bought an anvil for $300... No visible trade marks... Seen another for sale for $370 , smaller and a bit worn on one edge... Still more over $400+ In less than good condition... What is a good price ?

Another from the western district of Victoria , just starting out , just purchased our first anvil , heading up to do the Knife making course in the Tharwa Valley soon and likely to do another course in Melbourne next year....

G,day folks , Anothe Aussie just starting out in the world of Blacksmithing and Bladesmithing , looking forward to a the challenges ahead in setting up the old forge (bought for a $100 dollars a few years back now) , just now i am getting everything togeather and doing a few courses etc...
