nice looking anvil for less than a buck a pound. what a deal.

seems to me it boils down to this: is it comfortable for you and can you get your work done?
anything beyond that is much tadoo about nothing. just my 2 cents.

greg, i use a wisk broom for a mop. one of the small ones that generally get used in cars. made of straw. just dip in slack tub and shake where you want it. works pretty good for me.

andrew, this makes my heart beat a little faster every time i look at the progress. i have been around horses proffesionally and backyard for over 50 years and you have hit the nail on the head so to speak. waiting for the finished product.

vaughnt, on the other side of the shield there are several trays for drills and oil, etc.
frosty, yes it is a variable speed, has a leather belt 2" wide by 1/4" thick. i have dealt with drill press angst for a couple of years using a hand drill and a cheap bench model. this should cool my jets for a while.

this drill press was headed towards the scrap yard. owner helped load it on his trailer and i brought it home. another neihbor had a forklift and it went in my shop tonight. cost, 0

nice fish and yes thats a good thing

i use 3 peices of paper wadded up and the add some bark and twigs from my wood pile. use a light draft on the blower and add coal. takes about 8 minutes to have a nice fire.

not a bad looking anvil. i have a pw 102 lber that i really like. is he offering for 1k (one thousand)?
is so way out of line. if for 100.00 you have a deal in the works and dont delay.

oh boo hooo, i couldnt even see the ad to get all excited about. im so distressed about it. right.

the building i am using for my shop has a 10 foot ceiling in it. if i build another i will have it 12 foot at least. when its hot like it is this year it really holds the heat even with fans running.
