hi all after 15 years in my abusive hands the sow block on my little giant 100 has moved about 3/4 inch will not hammer back and i really dont want to disturb wedges, hammer and block always work loose and dont stay still dont need some other problem

great got some idea what it will be like now finished forging hammer head turned into hot punch do i heat to orange quench from stick hole to point and watch color travel up to point hoping to have hard pointy end and soft strike end/that was h. head

i happen to love my old plumb ball peen at least i was told it is a plumb it is socket like a claw hammer 32oz handy tool for an old rocknscroller like me

just like me to start on the wrong end i will procede to make punch hitting big end and driving the pointy end that was the ball aftwr shaping and dressing with grinder is time for temper? harden the point i think i want soft target for hammer

i have been wanting a hot punch that is made from old ball peen hammer today i got annealed h head out of lime bucket and mig weld ae handl of tubing will forge in LG 100 p.h. shaping ball end into punch then what?

plasma cutter will easily cut Titanium.what do you want to do with T.? not (my opinion) any good for knife stock would you make an aluminum knife? T is best for makng fighter jets
