ANVILITIS
A disease causing longing and craving for anvils no matter how many you have.
FOUND MOST OFTEN IN BLACKSMITHS
SYMPTOMS: When in sight of an anvil, bulging eyes, druling and spasmatic hand movements toward wallet.

I like it! Kinda like my setup only I'm burning coal and have less tools. In time hopefully we'll both have all we need.

You can get sucker rod from farmers and it is high carbon.

Good start, but I would try natral lump charcoal it works beter.

you might of heated it to fast and the center didn't get to welding heat.
