November 3, 200817 yr These are the latest railings i was asked to collaborate on with a blacksmith friend and colleague Matthew Brown of MB Blacksmiths. They were made for a local church in Seaton Carew on the North east coast of England.

November 4, 200817 yr Author many thanks for the comments guys, it was a great project that i was involved in. There were about 14 metres of railing in total, it took us about 14 days to make,including the fitting (not including the week they were at the galvanizers). The joggles in the railings were put in using a 100 tonne press. The finials were stamped under a 5cwt Massey power hammer. A great project to do. We still have a handrail, four window guards, and another 25metres of railings to do ( the railings will probably be started in the new year.
