June 15, 200817 yr What kind of machine did you use for those bevels, and how was it heat treated ? Edited June 15, 200817 yr by steve sells
June 15, 200817 yr Author I only use a bench disk grinder, a little Task Force belt grinder, and files. I then heat treated it by quenching in water and then went over the handle and spine with a toarch.
June 15, 200817 yr I have found its very hard to get a hollow grind by hand. Most of us use a contact wheel. This blade shape and file detail, looks a lot like some kit blanks I have seen, Just wondered, since you posted this as a first blade.
