Could I get some opinions on this please? I was looking for something more substantial than my 66 lb soderfors and this is really close. Do you think it would clean up will or what should I look for if I go see it?

William Foster is my guess due to the date.  Do the ring and the ball bearing test.  Bring a wire brush to clean the face a bit before testing---ask first of course.  Check the thickness of the face; looks a bit thin but the picture is not clear.  William Fosters tend to lose horns and heels; but the ring test will pinpoint any current cracks. Offer less

Looks pretty beat up since you already have an anvil I would just keep looking till something better comes along

Especially since the seller described it as in great shape, which it obviously is not. My max for that anvil would be $200 maybe $250 if it passed the ring & rebound.

I wouldn’t pay $150 for that anvil but that’s just me.
