me
Hi I'm new. Found this peter wright the other day any idea how to read these numbers?? They read 1 - 0 - 18. This anvil is still used at this welding shop and has been in the owners family as long as he can remember( the gentleman is 76 yrs old and still goes to work everyday in the shop!) Any info would be great, still has great rebound too!
ThomasPowers
CWT weight system Given A B CD ==> A x 112 + B x 28 (and B=[0,1,2,3]) + CD (and CD=[0,1,2,3...27]) So 1 0 18 = 112 + 18 =130 pounds. Note expect some slop if weighed on a certified scale; but it will be close.
Frosty
Welcome aboard, glad to have you. If you'll put your general location in the header you might be surprised how many of the Iforge gang live within visiting distance. Frosty The Lucky.
