What is the best way to make a no gloss non-reflective finish on 1095?

I need a non reflective non shiny finish. I'm making a Stealth knife. No shine sheath scales and blade. Not necessarily all black. Just zero gloss.

Or after a satin finish on the blade, you can give it a ferric chloride (pc board etchant) treatment.
