Rich Hale Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 I would have a tough time with the filet knife..I like to lay the entire edge on the cutting board with the edge between the skin and flesh..the projection at the bottom would make that difficult. ThomasPowers Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 Good looking set; my quibble is that fillet knives tend to get dropped in water during use and to clean the gunk off the knife and that handle material might not "weather" it well.
