JPH Posted September 22, 2007 Share Posted September 22, 2007 Xxxx...I know makers that have been doing this for like 10 to 15 years and their knives don't look that nice...and you are an apprentice??? man....the only real "criticism" I can have is the grind bevels look a little "short" to me...namely on the middle one..and even then that is a personal taste....
