If you'll put your general location in the header you may be pleasantly surprised at how many of the IFI gang live within visiting distance. bummer about the wrist, a lot of us live with pain. There is at least one thread about dealing with physical problems, from hands, arms, elbows to backs, knees and wheelchair bound.
