March 30, 201313 yr Author Harrismetalsmith- Shaft size is 2" diameter and the overall diameter is 7". r smith- Look closely at the pictures and you can see cracks in the skin. These pullies are the clutch and this one is worn very thin.
March 30, 201313 yr Greetings FE, Your pulley is a common line shaft pulley design... I have a line shaft shop and have several but larger diameter.. Most of the time they have a split locking hub inside... I suggest you take it apart and look and measure.... You can try looking on ebay under line shaft or flat belt or hit and miss engine... Try your local early engine clubs for a sorce... Good luck Jim
March 31, 201313 yr Author Thanks for the suggestions all. I'm thinking sleave but if I can come up with another one for a reasoanble price, I'd do it.
March 31, 201313 yr I fix those by wraping it with leather. skive the ends for a smooth lap joint. contact cement it then put a row of screws thru the lap. Make sure to wrap i the correct direction so the belt will be laying the edge down not trying to peal it up. They last for years.
