But nevertheless, it sounds as if charcoal smoke is not going to kill you if you accidentally inhale a little bit. A good way to prevent inhalation is to observe the prevailing winds, take note at when they shift during the days on a normal day, and forge accordingly. Additionally, if the air pressure is low, then the smoke will hang about. So take into consideration that, as well. These two things have helped me immensely. kevin1050 Posted August 21, 2012 Share Posted August 21, 2012 After forge work or grinding I use a Nettie Pot and rinse out the sinuses. Oh my god you will surprised on what comes out. Once you get past the feeling of squirting salt water up your nose you will be surprised on how you feel afterwards. You can get them at Rite Aid, Walgreens, Wal-Mart etc...
