Ric Furrer
Can mokume gane be made with aluminum layers? Just a passing thought. I suggest you have a read of Ian Ferguson's book "mokume gane" http://www.amazon.com/Mokume-Gane-Ian-Ferguson/dp/0873499018/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1321898661&sr=8-3 Ric
Steve Sells
OF course, it all depends on what metals you wish to use it with.
justj2
Id say so, you just need another metal which has a similar melting point, which would be quite low as i understand things But there is the obvious problem of two metals simply not combining so id suggest not trying to do MG with ali and gold, for example. Unless you know that it can work J
