Bleu Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hi. I'm new to the site and could use some info about a Kohlswa anvil an old family friend asked me to sell for him. It's 125 lbs and appears to be in very good condition with a smooth surface. I don't have a photo of it, but could get one tomorrow. Any idea how much I should ask for it? Is there a way to tell what the age is? I know it was removed from a very wealthy estate back in the 1960s, but I don't know how long they owned it. Thanks in advance for any assistance. I have 2 already, and they are excellent anvils, I have a line on another 100lb Kohlswa on auction in 2 weeks, Have the prices went up or down on Kohlswa's I am in Iowa, anvils still seem pretty scarce here.
