Have the event a "group event" maybe have another member or two there. It might be worth talking to the executive in your local group to see what the group's insurance covers. There are a number of posts about their shop, liability, and demonstration coverage here, but has anyone had dealings with the health, dental, and eye insurance through ABANA?
