So you drill a couple of holes in the base and pin it to a piece of heavy plate.From the looks of it welding is an option.After you pin it run a series of beads around it and you`re done. ThomasPowers Posted January 24, 2011 Share Posted January 24, 2011 Hmm I have a base with no top---Postman said it looked to be a PW base---and it's weight stamped so it was a complete anvil at one point!
