It was piled into a heap and welded just solid enough to handle it, Scrooge kept it. But plenty of others were gifts..........mb

I love the design, especially the candy shapes. How did you go about making the scroll patterns on the candy? Did you make a scroll from round spring steel and just top fuller it in? Great work Thanks for sharing.

Right,It was a tight little scroll made of 1/8" welding rod hammered into the metal. I've made other "scrolls" of rebar,allthread,acme thread,whatever. They don't need to be hard steel unless you're in production. All the shapes are pretty ad lib..........mb
