November 8, 201015 yr OK, I know this is kind of a strange topic, but does anyone know where I can find suspenders with anvils on them. I have seen them before and my hours of searching on the internet have come up with nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
November 8, 201015 yr Seem like they'd be kinda heavy. Wouldn`t have to worry about anybody wantin` to borrow `em to go to the dance though.
November 8, 201015 yr The ones I have seen were specially made for one of the ABANA conferences, '98 IIRC. I have not seen any new ones recently. But it sounds like a money maker for someone. (Hint, hint!)
November 8, 201015 yr As I recall the Indiana Blacksmiths Association used to sell them; but I don't remember seeing any at Quad-State lately so they may have stopped. I have a couple pair I got from them.
November 8, 201015 yr Zsartell - My wife and I are the keepers of the store for NOB (Northwest Ohio Blacksmiths). We have anvil suspenders in either black or red. I think there is also 1 pair of blue left. The club is charging $15 - let me know by email if you are interested. Grant notwithstanding, I think they'll fit in a $5 flat rate box! Walking Dog
