If he`s seen the holes in the masonry walls I could almost understand why he would be charging you for "wall space" as you seem prone to expanding that at will. We`re about the same size (6 foot tall,205 pounds)and I know I`d be frying cranial wires constantly trying to work in your little shop,never mind churning out the size and quantity of work you do.
