A "war hammer" or what I like to call a "Norman Knocker"...you know about the Normans..those second generation French born Viking guys...heh heh heh Haft is forged from 12L10 hex...the head is 1045 case hardened and then hot blued...the grip is wire wrapped..these war hammers are truly a devastating weapon... and they are OH!!! so SEXY in their own way!!! That basic style but wood handle is sort of what I'm looking for.
