cheftjcook
Looks Awsome!!! Oakwood What type of band saw blade do you use? I have a few used wood band saw blades that I make great bread slicer type knives. I dont think it is the same stuff your using. Again great pattern, I hope to try something like that soon! oakwoodforge
ChefTj, The industrial metal cutting band saw blades I'm using are UDDEHOLM UBH ANKAR Steel. Which is a high alloy, Red hard, wear resistant, PITA to cut steel that I beleive is something close to L6. Jens
Fox Creek
That is really very nice. It will cut well forever in the right hands, and age qracefully. That's the best that can happen to a knife.

oakwoodforge
Thanks Guys, this is the first damascus blade I've ever completed ! I couldn't even begin to tell you how many billets & blades ended up in the "learning pile". Jens
B. Norris
Really like the three toned damascus. Nice knife, worth the learning curve.
