divermike Posted May 2, 2009 Share Posted May 2, 2009 (edited) Had some time to make a piece out of scraps from the shop, upset the ends and hammered the sharp corners down, twisted the shaft, made the flower with a ball tool on the tire hammer, and beat the snot out of a plate to dish it, had a dickens of the time getting the rivits to squash into the holes, should have set them hot, the wife was liking it, so I said happy mothers day, worked out well.
