i used very little oxygen to get them started and put the air gun to it . the air compressor isn't working the oxygen only to start the fire

only to start it when the coals are first put in and my brother being him decided to use the leaf blower like that was a good idea

low on fuel. and it dosent heat right with torch.

yep and a torch for good oxygen air blast but heat gun mostly and i promise a detailed explanation later.

phones dead and forge is in shop for repairs

actually wood. coal didn't come and it burns fast faster than i can make it and how does the chunks not fall off in the holes

then its probably the ash grate which im gonna fix

solution weld two of those plates together and drill 4, 3/16 holes right.

hey guys know it has been a while so here we go. well the forge has worked better than any thing i have built but i have a slight problem you know the thing that keeps the ashes in and the coals in well it kinda melted. 1/4 inch and melted it had holes drilled in it in a ribbon burner pattern. i have to blow torch it out. but the forge worked 100% little problems other than the pipe getting clogged up so i got to figure something for that might have to get a caulk tube of that refractory cement but i got good heats on the rebar and have to run down on the bar a little bit more then i can begin the bending. also coal didnt come

I use a 1/4 inch piece of angle iron drilled a bunch of holes and now I have to make it fit Y'all having a good Thanksgiving

I have old rusty bolts with no nuts

I heard vinager will take the coating off of galvanized coats

yes I wish to discus the bottom blast brake rotor forge that I just posted pics of

as purgatory iron works if yes then yes its close but not exact

well I've been using hot coals that come out of the fire with air blast but the rotor should hold up

the rotor forge and gone from charcoal to coal plus the variables

i got the forge ready to go but my brother being on his side of the family and don't get side tracked. i have to pick him up Friday which puts back everything by a day and if the coal doesn't come when i call well were back to throwing wood in the barrel and making charcoal.

i think he was explaining the process of it i know he gave specs for the brake rotor forge.
