I should have also said "or made"
I suspect that was taken for granted. The best shop tool I made was a powerhacksaw to save my arm. It's rusting away in a shed right now.

Off topic, but a good way to get rid of screeching bothersome flocks birds like black birds and others that crap all over everything is take a pan and bang on it with a big mixing spoon. Do it enough and they stay away. I must say we have feeders and like birds but some birds are too much.

I detect a right handed bias in your comment. What tool did you buy, that changed your shop? I think the biggest one I have was my bandsaw. Of course the anvil helped. I used to pound on things on the concrete, bench, bench vise, gravel driveway, what ever. But then you know, I'm just a scrap artist who makes fire poker's on the side.

I like the Doors a bit but found it hard to find a song to post that wouldn't be offensive to somebody. My favorite is beyond putting on here.

Try reading the printing on an ink pen in your left hand. Leonardo da Vinci wrote his notes from right to left, you know.

Most things I buy are for long term general use. One thing I bought for a one off job, is a giant bolt cutter. I wound up building a fixture for it to cut smaller diameter square and round stock as I was using a lot of it, rather than firing up the bandsaw or cut off wheel. Similar to a cut off saw. Clamp it and cut it. I can remove it and cut locks, bolts, what have you, too. As far as for left handed monkey wrenches go, I have a case of relative bearing grease I would be willing to part with for lubricating them. I only accept cash.

Have you read The Charcoal Foundry? Hassel = new skills and satisfaction in the long run. Just like everything else. Have you hand scraped before? Also nothing is wrote in stone, how about a hybrid?

Ohh, I really like the Covenant Bullet. I'm have to look up that video too. Industrial edm is new to me. That is a good one too Frosty. I was going to link "rubber chicken singing Toto's "Africa"" but better not.....

The rubber chicken again. You threatened to beat me with it in person, mail it to mom to thrash me with it, I think you even mentioned automating one to go after me. I suppose a rubber chicken could give a good lashing though. Still haven't seen one.
I don't have a low side to the bed, I don't think. How do you get it low? Do you have to get a roll going to flip you out? I sometimes do.

I think you are a multi-tasker. What do you mean, old fart? You old buzzard. I had a hard time getting off the edge of the bed this morning. And I'm not 89 years old.

Also, thank you for the new Historical Ironwork sub-forum. I'll flag topics I see. I hope others do as well.

I kind of liked "Frosty the Lucy" myself.

This is what I was responding to. There are things that bother me and this is one and I ran with it. My school wasn't so great either. Good to have you on the forum.

What is mlm scams? I don't know what tin has to do with the collapse of the internet, commodities trading, communication and all that goes with it. What did I overlook? Btw, if it comes to that everybody will go hungry sooner or later. Nobody is an island.

Good luck when the whole electronic thing gets fried by hackers or who knows what, solar storm. You may wish your kugerand was a potato!

They may use their gun to take your 2000 eggs. I have given up on the ultimate survivalist crud. I'll do what I can.

Do you separate your pennies?

Are you thinking of putting a tool rest on there? It turned out nice.
