  1. Here are some pictures of Beche hammers
    If it´s a beche hammer, i think its a ( L3 Peter )
As you se in the picture there must be at least 15-20mm ( with the hammerhead and the dies installed) space under the piston to the air inlet from the valve, otherwise the hammer will run uncorrect.

If you let the hammer run for it self, and not to touch the handlebar, for about, lets say 10 minutes, i think the oil should stop leaking som much.
If it´s still leaking after that i think you have to slow down the lubricatoin on the lube pump, but be wery shure not to put it down to much, because that will damage the hammer soon.

Is it an automatic lube pump or is it a handpump?
If its an automatic pump, you have to adjust the pump so it comes a
    rop of oil ewery 30seconds.

Hope that will help you Vallentin

  2. The oil is pumped through a main jet with high pressure, about 10bar
to get the oil in even smaller particels to burn better, and then mixed

Today i forgot the burner for a wile:( and the cheramik fiber was melt down inside the forge, the fiber should stand against 1400 degrees Celsius,
so it must have been over 1450degrees celsius.
That mean that you could use the forge to forgeweld.

  3. Okey. i will post some more picture of the oilburner soon.

The benefits of an oil burner is that is much sheaper to heat upp, (here in sweden)
and there are much more safe than gas, minimum risks for explosions.

BTU rating ???? waths that, please explain for me.

The only thing i do to the burner before installing it was to change
the jet, ( i hope it

  4. The burner is a simple oilburner from a centralheating equipment
    in a ordinary detached house,
    Yes its Celsius i mean.

I use 50mm thick cheramic fiber inside the forge.

I would think you can use any biofuel to the heat the forge, but you have to
adjust/suit the right burner for the right fuel.

  5. When i forge long details i use a long board ( wood ) to place on
the foot treaddle and than place the foot on to control the hammer.

The grey and the green hammer is the same hammer.
the grey picture is an earlier foto of the green.

the green is a 500kg, and i allso have another 500kg, one 300kg, one 200kg
    and one 150kg, all Beche
