I should of said " check these settings"

I have owned both a plasmacam and a torchmate cnc machines. From what you are describing you have a torchmate cnc machine. Plasmacam and torchmate are two separate companies.
Open up the flashcut cnc software. you can do this offline.
select the "configuration menu". In the configuration drop down menu select "Output lines." A new screen will come up... select "output lines" again. I do not know which output you are using to turn on the plasma cutter. For example I am using output line two and I named it "Plasma On."
Now under the same category menu select "code definitions" M50 is plasma on setup. to the right I set delay to 2sec. this will depend on thickness of metal for pierce cut. Since I am using line two to trigger my plasma cutter I put a 1 for line 2 in the M50 line.
Try this and get back to me.

http://www.amazon.com/Industrial-Hydraulic-Technology-Bulletin-0221-B1/dp/B000YE15K6
The above link is for a Parker Industrial Hydraulic Technology bulletin. This will give you a full understanding of hydraulic systems.
I am concerned about some of the above comments. It is important to know PSI = working force not flow. Flow = speed. While speed = inertia it is not the proper way to achieve results in hydraulics.
I have not read anything about pressure relief valves in the systems for example.
Please understand I am not trying to criticize, come across as a know it all, or perceived as arrogant. I just want to help if I can.

I am in Albany, about ten miles from Corvallis. Corvallis is a nice white collar town that supports the arts. prices for homes are high and taxes in benton county are high. Steel supply in this area comes from salem or eugene.
Corvallis has a nice climate and is a pretty area.
I prefer small towns and rural areas myself, but if you want to make the money... I would settle near a larger city. supplies are easier to get, customers with money are present etc. -
another wonderful knife Rich!

my swap meet haul today!
well I am having trouble attaching pic... :( -
My anvil that I cnc cut from plate has a beautiful voice, but she's a bit thick in the waist. I still love her tho. I call her Gertrude However, I'm not sure but I think there may be something going on between her and Olaf, my tire hammer. They sit really close to one another and whenever I enter the shop, there is an uncomfortable silence . But when she begins to sing, my doubts vanish..... at least until I turn out the lights again
Dodge, you need to write a book! I am still LMAO -
Nice find. congrats!

I am considering buying a Plasmacam system, Have been for years and think its about time..
Anyone have any experience or own one... or a competing machine?
Monstermetal, Your welcome to come to my shop and check out my machine. I still have a copy of the plasma cam software I use, you can check that out too.
I have read the post on the link given and agree with most of the responses. Everyone has different expectations and experience to draw on.
Do you want Industrial quality, ease of use. The big factor is what is your budget and experience.
Checking machines out in person is the best way to decide what is right for you.
Contact me via private msg if you want to come to Albany, Oregon and check out my setup.
