I did a search on the forums and didn't come up with anything. I was planning on building my first forge, but then I came across this forge links removed as one goes to a parked web site and the other is an ebay account. Anyone have any dealings with these forges? For the price their dual burner model might be good for a beginner like myself.

Hello, Just joined your forums here. Metalwork has always intrigued me and I am looking at learning the art of blacksmithing as a hobby. I stumbled across this site while searching for blacksmithing organizations. I have yet to put hammer to metal outside of straightening parts with a torch. I am still in the process of acuiring equipment (have an anvil and post vise) and setting up my shop, in particular I am interested in building a gas forge. I have been a journeyman toolmaker since completing my apprenticeship in 2004. Beyond machining, I have the basic knowledge of AC stick and MIG welding. I am really looking forward to learning this, and even better, I have the full support of my wife :)
