Hi enery body , our adress for get hammered at moonys is 81 burkes hill road braidwood n-s-w australia , burkes hill road is off the cooma captains flat road out of braidwood -
cutting a block in half with a hammer cutter to make two hex spheres for the ends of curtain rods , i am making for a costomer, each sphere is 10lbs in weight with 2'' pipe as the rods with 5/8 diamsteel bent in to 4'' round rings to hang the curtain from -
this is the river on my property this is our swimming hole, and sandy beach , i love it, forging swimming, fishing, panning for gold , it got what i need , we are setting up a blacksmithing school from beginers to heavy forging come and enjoy , with me it will be opening in 2008 more photos to come -

Hit it with a bigger hammer! (just kidding) Try unwinding it from the top and bottom a little bit, and make sure your pipe mandrel has no burs or marks on it, especially near the top. Linish a bevelled edge at the top to be sure.
