I just bought a 60 kg hammer spring. around the hammer weighs about 900 kg. It was already anchored on blocks of wood, but I would like to use some other material to be placed between concrete and hammer to avoid vibrations on the top floor of the building, (I fear that the constant vibrations can cause damage to the building).
