orgtwister Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 i have jig some were that i use when bending different u bends and right anglefor u bends i try to find a pipe or tube that is the size i need i tack weld it to a 1/4 plate i have then i tack weld a piece of angle on the side to hold it in place when i bend the u its hot of course for right angle bends i have a square plate with taped holes in it 5/16 and 3/8 i bolt down a piece of angle next to abolt that is screwed into the plate the just bend it to what ever degree bend i want just repeat for the othe bend as well if i need to make multiable then i will line up two holes so that both bends can be made by screwing it the second bolt also all bends are made hot Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
