archiphile Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 As a Horse person, I am doubtful that it is Hobbles, due to the close coupled nature of the article in question. It is also doubtful that it was used to keep the traces from tangling due to the large size. I am still not really certain of the use of the article though.
