Tool for hardy hole

I saw this video of blacksmith  on youtube and i wanted to share  this design of tool that goes in hardy hole.
It is somethign like fuller, but it remind on guilotine.

On opposite side goes spring (just to translate)  but it got broken . I coulnd fight right topic for it, moderators can merge it if they want in other topic.

That would be a version of a "spring" tool. That doesn't mean it's for making springs, it springs open after you strike the blow. There are many versions, some are a length of springy steel bent so it fits in the hardy hole and then extends a point on the anvil where you need it, center, edge, horn, etc. That end is held above the anvil face naturally and is then driven into the work with the hammer.

The purpose of the spring tool shown in the video is a flatter, probably for finishing the mattok the Kovac is showing the interviewer. Kovac is Slavic word/name meaning "smith." 

Smith as in blacksmith is the most common surname on earth. Go figure eh?
