Teachingclay
ITs not traditional but it does rather well. There is a click/catch in a gear somewhere that I need to figure out but other than that it puts out some air. I am planning on doing three things to it. Mounting it so it stays put, putting a piece of plywood in the openning with a hold drilled in it to attatch to my forge, and eventually making a counterweighted handle to make truning a little easier. the metal part of the existing handle is about 5 inches long for scale. I got it for $4.95 off of ebay.

HWooldridge
Why would Bernzomatic market a blower?
Pault17
where did you get it and what did it cost? for me, looks don't matter if the price is right. within reason, of course, but still...
ThomasPowers
Paul, his first post included "I got it for $4.95 off of ebay." Ebay is an online auction site, eBay - New & used electronics, the price was US$4.95. (Though you have to add in shipping on ebay purchases---some sellers have inflated shipping costs to make up for low sale prices...)
brucegodlesky
Those blowers were made for moving air in air raid shelters. I started out with one of them, they move a heckuva lot of air. I passed it on to another young knifemaker.

Probably tomorrow you can point out the obvious to me; though I employ a professional to do so---(married 24 years to her so far)
