REALLY HARD TO TELL WITH NO PICTURES! They are much more common in the UK and in the commonwealth than in the USA; where you are we haven't a clue, over 100 different countries participate in these forums on the World Wide Web. Like Thomas said not rare but they are very good anvils, if it passes the ring & rebound test and the hardened face has not been ground down.
