Help with identifiying anvil.

Hello. I am new to forging and I want to get a anvil.

Can you please help me with identifying this anvil? I am from Slovakia if that helps.
The anvil was painted from all sides and not used. I cleaned off 2 layers of paint because I tought it is new paint, but there are more layers. I dont know if it was lead. I think there is aluminum paint too.
It is cast but I dont know if its iron or steel. It has a high pitch ring when hit with a hammer.

Looks like a cast steel Russian anvil to me. I'm sure others with more knowledge will chime in soon.

Ringing would more likely indicate cast steel, which is Much better than cast iron. Cast iron would have a dull thud. Have you done a rebound test?

Unfortunately I dont have a ball bearing big enough. A 0.8cm ball bearing jumps to half the height at best.

A lighter hammer will give you a clue about it. It isn't a really big deal. If you own it use it. If you are thinking of buying it rebound and condition can be part of the price you might be willing to pay for it.

Yes, looks Russian to me.  Definitely not Western European.
