whitmers
Hi All, I am new to this forum and trying to get back into smithing after a 20 year city hiatus. I acquired this Trenton a few days ago Serial 165714. I can't find a copy of AIA in our library systems locally. If anyone could help that would be great and I would be very appreciative! In getting to set up this shop now, I have to relearn so, so much. Next up, forges!
Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
That's a good looking Trenton for sure. Someone with a copy of AIA will be long shortly to give a date range, I bet.

Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
I hope you have read about not doing any grinding, milling or welding on it's hardened face, which usually does more harm than good.
whitmers
Yes, that would be... bad.
