Frosty Posted December 10, 2023 Share Posted December 10, 2023 While I didn't say anything I was aware of the date. I don't think I know many people alive that day let alone service members. Almost 30 years go a friend and I spent a week or so in Hawaii and visited the Arizona Memorial. I only read a couple few names at random and said a prayer for and to them all instead of finishing the roll. 1,102 of them rest there of the 1,177 crew members aboard that morning. 75 men made it off the Dreadnaught Arizona alive that day.
