Frosty Posted July 28, 2018 Share Posted July 28, 2018 Still pics! Even if your video WOULD open on my machine there isn't usually much to learn from someone swinging the camera around. Take some stills. One of the forge and burner from a little distance so it all shows in the pic. Then two pics, one in the door and one from the side of the door right after you light it. Then two pics from the same angles after it comes to heat. Do this again when the problem arises. That's 6 still pictures in dim light the side pics let us evaluate the exhaust gasses your burner is producing, a dark background works best. Videos, especially music don't tell us anything useful. RARELY the sound of the burner can tell us what a look in the door and one of the dragon's breath tells us. Please save us all 10-30 meg downloads for very little useful info. This isn't just you, videos are usually just a waste of bandwidth. If you knew what to video you wouldn't need to ask us to look. Frosty The Lucky.
