I am making a digital database for what it’s worth of all the anvils I buy and sell. it’s not a fisher but that’s the only one I know that did bolt holes atleast as far as I know. 

Fisher, probably late model after they stopped with the eagle on the side.

Thanks I wasn’t sure I thought fisher was the only one who did bolt holes but never seen stamps like that on one 

There are a few others that have done cast bolt lugs.
