My best guess would be that it is just something someone had laying around and they threw it on the stand for more weight/mass. So you probably won't find any like it on the internet. If you look closely you will see a definite shape and holes on the side of the horizontal piece. The two bottom pieces interlock with precision. Definitely not home made. I was told it came from CN.
