Anyone have a good method of removing built up grease from equipment that won't harm ancient paint? I have acoupla forge blowers that have 1/8" of really tough grease and crud and corruption built up.

When I worked on the line at whirlpool we used naptha as a paint friendly solvent---guess it depends on the type of paint some too. I might check it out on the underside where it won't show first.

Gunk Engine Cleaner - spray it on, wash it off.
