Rashelle Posted May 4, 2016 Author Share Posted May 4, 2016 Yup that is one of my hammers. I made that one teaching an adult to forge hammers. I direct for one hammer while they strike then they direct me while I strike. Heehee in fact one of my after school kids in a couple 1.5 hour segments made himself a double pein texturing hammer for leaf work out of 4140 no striker involved just him. JHCC Posted May 4, 2016 Share Posted May 4, 2016 My son's camp last summer had a visiting smith come do a demo, and that's what inspired me to get my own forge back online after far too many years idle.
