January 12, 200818 yr Have any of you looked at your average folding chair? I was laying on the couch talking to my dad on the other couch, and i was absent mindedly folding the chair next to me back and forth. The way that it works could be turned into a treadle hammer or a different kind of hammer if I am not mistaken. What is your take on this, it only uses one connector, and one lever. Or is this the exact same thing as a treadle hammer?

January 13, 200818 yr Author Ic, that's kind of what I was thinking. I'm not trying to build anything right now, more the less making an observation. Thought maybe you could use the way the chair works in a design.
