hq4thus
Good afternoon, My name is Ed Forquer and I am looking for a local blacksmith near Fairbanks to produce Civil War period items for our living history unit. I would also like to find an individual who would like to join us at living histories to demonstrate to the public what a blacksmith would have done during the 1860's. It would require period correct clothing for the time period, come out and portray a Union blacksmith that would have traveled with the army. If interested in any of the above please feel free to contact me at [email protected] you can also visit our units website at www.hq4thus.com Thank you in advance Ed
Frosty
Welcome aboard Ed, glad to have you aboard. There are a number of blacksmiths in the Fairbanks area but I only know one personally. I'll send your contact info to him. I wish we had more interaction with the guys in the interior but . . . it's the interior. I'll shoot Bryan an email. Frosty The Lucky.
