HI!  my name is Brian,  my screen name is Frodo, .I am a 57 year old guy,  plumber by trade,

also pipe  fitter, Hvac installer 

my work is a superintendent/ foremen  for a large mechanical contractor out of Colorado

with offices in texas  and oklahoma.

mainly work on prisons, and military bases,,barracks,,chow halls..that kinda stuff

I weld, but do not consider myself a welder, i install copper piping 1/2''  up to 6'' soft solider and sil floss

sch 40 steel pipe and occasionally glass pipe for science rooms.

I am building a forge, something I have always wanted to do.. just to do piddley stuff, make a few knives..pound some metal

I have an anvil, and a fan for my forge. IF it EVER stops raining,  first I will mow the lawn, then finish my forge.

my other hobbies include, rock hunting,  looking for arrow heads,

shooting long distance, reloading, 

any questions just ask,  i am down to earth, soaking up the knowledge you guys are so kind to give.

I have a since of humor,  sometimes its dry, and sometimes I take it to far.,  HEY   DANG crying when you can laugh instead.

also,  I am a Vet,  I was in the Air Force as a B-52 crewchief,  Sounds exciting,,nothing but a glorified gas station attendant .LOL

My job was to be at work when BUF  was on the ground to coordinate work between specialist and liaison to the flight crew.
