jrenner253
I've been hunting for coal sources in my area. I found one about 2 hours north of mebut would like to know if there is a source in the Richmond, VA area. Thanks.
Glenn
I googled "coal for sale Richmond, VA" and got about 123,153 results. The very first listing had 21 companies that sell coal. Let your fingers do the walking and your phone do the talking. Saves a bunch of time. Did you contact the local blacksmith group and what did they suggest? ThomasPowers
Yes talk with the locals!!! Just because it's "close" and or "cheap" may not mean it's *GOOD* for smithing!
j powell
come to a central virginia blacksmith guild meeting (the next one is the 2nd saturday of next month at grayhaven winery in Mineral) if you can and ask around, people group up to buy coal all the time there. (or a closer guild, i'm terrible with geography so i'm not sure if there is another guild that might be closer to you)
